Fun Competition

Yesterday I followed the Line Follower competition organized by the campus. Although I was initially quite have also followed the competition, because the competition was suddenly held by the campus. The competition is made ​​with a little lacking and confusion, as the schedule of competition is a very short, inadequate preparation committee , obliges all generation of 2010 ( my generation ) computer system to keep track of the competition and the competition connects with the practical computer network according to I have absolutely nothing to do.

Behind it all I really want to follow the competition like this when I know Robotics in 2012 . But for me at kalimalang campus, no facilities and infrastructure support to learn these things. Many different with campus based at depok, there almost all the facilities and infrastructure fullfilled. To be honest I also want to branch campuses at kalimalang feel adequate facilities and infrastructures such as there.


Without thinking I and my friends try what we have learned to be implemented in competition, one of our lab assistant once said " in this competitin all have chance to win ". With enthusiasm and our passion in taking part, although initially we do not agree with this competition. After following the race , we were pleased with what we saw. It turns out that the competition was really good, we did not have to think about coding to program the robot. Programmed with GUI display ( direct interface ), and we laugh because what our own settings for many robots that do not respond well. Some robots are just running straight forward, some are just spinning after running straight, some of which reach to the finish. While many of us are lost in the competition, we were happy because the competition is for our own entertainment. If there is more competition, we certainly want to follow again without to be forced getting the E in practicum if not follow the copetition. Haha ....

Nearing of Year End

By the turn of the year to be 2013, the public flocked to go to Jakarta for the turn of events organized by the Governor of Jakarta. 8 hours before the turn of the year, the weather in Jakarta and surrounding light rain but didn’t stop the enthusiastic people who want to witness the peak of the turn of the year. Initially I didn’t want to go because I know the way to get to the event take place would been crowded of many people from different regions. The solicitation and the desire to see a stronger direct end I went with 3 other friends. Our journey started after evening prayer, the way the weather is still in the light rain that never stop joining us until we're almost there.

In the course even if the weather does not support, but many people who leave home to follow peak the turn of the year. They may not disregard the effect of rain is the same as mine. The time show at 20:45, we had reached the Cikini , situation in a very compact way and crashed. We conducted a 30 minute occlusion and washed down with a light rain, we decided not to continue the journey because our vehicles can’t move forward with a density very seriously. The vehicle we had to rotate toward a garden area not far from where we caught a misfire. With hope we can shelter and fill our stomach was rumbling. Despite the euphoria of the turn of the location of the event we do not see clearly, we are very happy because we past the turn of the year together and laughing happily together.

Dear Mr. Wong,
  
I am writing in reply to your letter of December 12 regarding the complaints you’ve made in the letter. I would like to apologize for our service which made you feel upset and I am going to explain the problems one by one.
  
Firstly, you told us that the instructor of the fitness class was unfit. Perhaps she is really physically quite unfit and I understand your worries.
However, she has all qualifications and good certificates. She is a qualified trainer and she is actually the most popular trainer in our fitness centre. Besides, I’ve already checked the time table of the course you’ve joined, I found that the course you joined was only an elementary course which is for beginners. Actually, our centre has classes with different levels to match up with the level of different members. I think that you are advanced and I suggest you joining the intermediate classes which are more suitable for you. We had also noticed that the equipment was bad and broken before we received your complaint. We have already bought a set of new ones and the centre is now placed with brand-new equipment.
   
Secondly, you complained that the canteen was dirty and the assistant was impolite. We are sorry about the unclean canteen and I regret to inform you that the canteen was clean by the outside service provider instead of our own staff. We’ve already found a new cleaning company and I hope the service will be better. Talking about the impolite assistant, I am afraid that he is a partime but not a regular staff. Nevertheless, we promised that we won’t employ him anymore to prevent the same thing from happening again. Moreover, I would like to explain about the unhealthy food in the canteen. Actually, we do offer some healthy food like fruit salad, corn, etc. Unfortunately, healthy food was all sold out at the day you came. After receiving your complaint letter, we even increased the amount of healthy food and I hope you can be satisfied.
  
Finally, we apologize for the very rude assistant manager. We were really shocked to learn that the assistant manager has such poor attitude. We have already investigated the case and disciplined him. We have given him a warning letter and we would lay him off if this happens again.
 
We regret that you are so dissatisfied with our service and we would we would like to upgrade your membership so that you can enjoy more privileges. It would be our honor to have you coming back to our fitness centre. If you have any worries or concern, don’t hesitate to contact us again. May I once again thank you for taking the time to write to us.
